Sartid will be privatized through bankruptcy procedure
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Economy and Privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic said on Thursday that it is not surprising that bankruptcy procedures have begun at the Sartid concern of Smederevo, since its debts exceed 1,700 million dollars.
Vlahovic said bankruptcy was nothing spectacular, since Sartid can be privatized in this way as well, and it will resume normal work, since it has contracted deals and a secured market, and all workers will keep their jobs.
