Changed regulations on privatization through auction
BELGRADE - The republican government on Thursday adopted changes and amendments to the regulation on privatization through auction and the evaluation of company value, Serbian Minister of Economy and Privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic said.
Speaking at a press conference, Vlahovic said the government today sent to Serbian parliament a draft law on guarantee funds, so that its adoption can be expected in September. The government also adopted a program for the consolidation of the Nis machine industry MIN and a plan to privatize about 1,000 small and medium-sized companies through auction sales by the end of the year, he said.
