EI and Richardson Electronics to set up joint company
NIS - Nis electronics industry EI Business Board President Vojislav Mitic and US company Richardson Electronics President Edward Richardson on Thursday reached agreement to set up a joint company which will manufacture electronic tubes.
It was announced during the signing of the contract in the southern Serbian town of Nis, that the US partner will bring equipment worth 830,000 dollars over the next six months, and will also invest several thousand dollars' worth of floating assets.
