The Senate of the USA Congress has prepared Support of Reforms' Projects in Yugoslavia
The Senate of the USA Congress has prepared Support of Reforms' Projects in Yugoslavia Bill. $115 million have been provided for Serbia, $25 million for Montenegro and $100 million for Kosovo. Senate Committee, however, proposed new penalties for Yugoslavia unless US stipulations are fulfilled. US stipulations are: cooperation with the Hague tribunal, the rule of law and observation of the minority rights. USA also demands that Serbia stops all aid to the Republic of Srpska and to parallel institutions of authority in the North of Kosovo, as well as reform of security services.
