Italian partner buys 70 percent of Kijevo shares
BELGRADE - Within the auction privatization, the Italian company Adige Bitumi Gruppo bought 70 percent of the socially-owned capital of Belgrade's Kijevo enterprise for the exploitation of mineral raw materials at the initial price of 55,048,000 dinars, the Serbian
Privatization Agency said on Friday.
The Italian enterprise thus became the first foreign majority owner of a Serbian enterprise in the auction
privatization, the statement said.
