Hearing in Galenika case postponed because of new documents
BELGRADE - The Serbian Health Care Institute on Tuesday denied the ICN Pharmaceuticals' claims that the hearing in a dispute over the majority ownership over Galenika AD before the Paris-based International Arbitration Court had been postponed because the Serbian Institute had changed its team of lawyers.
The main reason for postponement is the "submission of a large number of new documents and the adoption of a request for an investigation before the competent criminal court in Belgrade against ICN representatives who managed Galenika AD at the time," Institute representatives said.
