Cost of living rises, standard down in Serbia in May
BELGRADE - The cost of living rose in real terms in May in Serbia, reducing the purchasing power and lowering the standard of living, the Market Research Institute has said.
The average net wage was 8,635 dinars, 1.5 percent less than in April in real terms, and the average pension was 5,996, or 0.2 percent less. The average pension was 69.4 percent of the average wage, the Institute said. (1 euro - 60 dinars)
