June prices rise by 0.5%, costs of living by 0.4%
BELGRADE - Retail prices in Yugoslavia rose by 0.5 % in June in comparison with May and by 4.4 % in comparison with December 2001, while the costs of living increased by 0.4 % in comparison with May and by 3.3 % in comparison with December, Yugoslav Statistics Bureau assistant director Dragi Stojiljkovic said on Tuesday.
Stojiljkovic said that the 50-% electricity price increase would cause a 3.6-% increase of electricity-related services in July.
