Yugoslavia's fuel import drops in May
BELGRADE - The Yugoslav Statistics Bureau has said that Yugoslavia's
oil import dropped by 51.1 percent in May in comparison with the same
month of 2001 - the country imported 154,331 tonnes at the value of
about 30 million dollars.
In January-May 2002, the country imported about 1.112 million tonnes
of oil worth 177.7 million dollars, which represents a 64.6 increase
in comparison with the same period of 2001. The entire quantity was
imported by Serbia.
