BELGRADE - The value of Yugoslav exports in May was 138 million dollars, or 6.3 percent more than in May 2001, the Federal Bureau of Statistics has said.
The bulk of the exports, worth 71 million dollars, went to countries in transition, recording an increase of 19.8 percent. Exports to developing countries increased the most - 38.8 percent, but were still the lowest in general, worth only eight million dollars. Exports to industrialized countries dropped nine percent, their value being 59 million dollars.
