Expelled businessmen from Kosovo against UNMIK's concept of privatization
NIS - Expelled businessmen from Kosovo and Metohija do not accept the
hasty blueprint on privatization of Kosovo-Metohija firms and strongly
protest against the sequencing of moves made by UNMIK, said on Sunday
vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce of Kosovo and Metohija Nebojsa
Backovic.
Conveying assessments from a recent meeting of the board of associations
of expelled entrepreneurs in the Nis region, Backovic said that businessmen
from the southern Serbian province "demand to take part actively in
the process of privatization once security and other preconditions are
created that will enable free return to their work places.
