Economists warn: Dead race between salaries and prices
Belgrade - 'Living standard of Serbian citizens will rise with the rise
of production. At the moment, every fifth citizen of Serbia is living
with one Dollar, while 60 percents of citizens can afford to spend two
Dollars', Danilo Sukovic director of the Center for economic research
says for 'Blic' daily.
'It can be concluded that since the change of power in Serbia, there
is just minor increase of living standard. The fact is that the salaries
were increasing until May. In recent months there is a slight increase
of inflation', Sukovic pointed out.
