Yugoslav parliament Lower House adopts old hard currency savings law
BELGRADE, - The Yugoslav parliament's lower house late on Thursday adopted
a law turning old hard currency savings into a public debt, which the
state and republics would return to citizens by the year 2016.
In addition to those who had deposits with commercial banks, the depositors
of two private banks, Dafiment and Jugoscandic, will also receive their
deposits.
