Yugoslav Central Bank governor claims that dinar has returned to Montenegro
PODGORICA - The Yugoslav national currency (dinar) has "returned to Montenegro despite orders and pressure by politicians," Yugoslav National Bank
Governor Mladjan Dinkic has said.
"If the dinar has gained market verification in Montenegro, then there are no more obstacles to money transactions," Dinkic set out.
