One-off tax on extra profit enforced
BELGRADE - By the end of May in Serbia from the one-off extra
profit tax have been collected 110 million D marks and underway
is the its enforcement from 90 firms that have refused to pay
the tax, it was said at a session Monday of the Serbian parliament
finances committee.
Finance Minister Bozidar Djelic pointed out that there are many
large taxpayers who have not yet paid the tax on extra profit,
and that in about one month the whole report on the one-year
implementation of the law on extra profit will be ready.
