Serbian government sends proposal for counter-guarantees to parliament
BELGRADE - The Serbian government sent to parliament a proposal to adopt in a summary procedure a law on Serbia's counter-guarantees to Yugoslavia for the repayment of outstanding debts to the International Development Association.
Under the law, Serbia will take the obligation to settle as a counter-guarantor Yugoslavia's 70-million-dollar debt under a loan taken from the International Development Association.
