No union without unique market
"If Montenegro does not consent to the unique market, Serbia
will separate", National Bank Governor Mladjan Dinkic says.
In his interview to the Podgorica VIJESTI daily he says he expects
that European Union will help that economic features of the
new state get defined before the Constitutional Chart of the
future union of Serbia and Montenegro.
