NBY Governor says Serbia cannot wait
PODGORICA - National Bank of Yugoslavia (NBY) Governor Mladjan
Dinkic has said that Serbia "cannot wait for three years to
harmonies relations with Montenegro" and that the economic aspect
of the Belgrade agreement has not been clearly defined, which
will cause problems to both sides.
In an interview to the Monday issue of the Podgorica daily Vijesti,
Dinkic voiced expectation that the European Union would step
up pressure on the Montenegrin leadership to accept a greater
level of integration "including single market, customs and national
currency" in the implementation of the agreement on the reorganization
of the Serbian-Montenegrin relations.
