BAT to buy a tobacco factory in Serbia
22. May 2002 - The director of British-American Tobacco for Yugoslavia, Simon Wills announced that this company is planning to buy either the tobacco factory from Nis or one from the town of Vranje. "BAT is prepared to invest in either of those factories between $50 and $200 million, without laying off large number of employees," Wills said.
