Governor changes his dinars in London bank
LONDON, Wednesday – National Bank Governor Mladjan Dinkic today
changed a thousand dinars into pounds at a branch of the HSBC
bank in London.
“I am proud to be a Serb who has changed dinars into pounds
in a British bank after a large number of years,” he told media.
Dinkic today met officials of the HSBC bank to discuss investments
in Yugoslavia.
He is scheduled to hold meetings in Milan tomorrow with two
Italian banks which have expressed interest in the Yugoslav
financial market.
