April 2002 industrial production in Yugoslavia down by 2.7 percent on March
BELGRADE - Industrial production in Yugoslavia in April 2002 was down on the previous month by 2.7 percent, federal Statistics Institute Assistant Director Dragi Stojiljkovic told the press on Tuesday.
In April the monthly industrial production was up on last year's average by 1.9 percent, Stojiljkovic set out.
April's industrial production was 4.5 percent up on April 2001.
The average production for the January-April period was down by 3.2 percent compared to last year's average. In that period, industrial production dropped by two percent compared to the same period last year.
