Yugoslavia in project negotiations with European Bank
BELGRADE, Monday – Yugoslavia is negotiating with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to the tune of 231 million Euros, Deputy Federal Prime Minister Miroljub Labus said today.
Labus, speaking at Belgrade airport after returning from the Bank’s annual meeting in Bucharest, said that the funds were intended to finance thirteen infrastructure, banking and small business projects.
The projects included renewal of power supply systems in Serbia and infrastructure projects in Novi Sad, Subotica, Kragujevac and Nis.
