Unfavorable investment conditions still prevail in Serbia, Yugoslav Central Bank Governor
BELGRADE - Unfavorable investment conditions continue to prevail
in Serbia due to the slowness of the administration, Yugoslav
Central Bank Governor Mladjan Dinkic said on Monday.
Dinkic stated that additional obstacles are the slow executive
procedure and the lack of evidence on real estate in Serbia.
