Slowness in development of constitutional charter will inflict great harm, Yugoslav Central Bank Governor
BELGRADE - The prolongation of the development of the Constitutional
Charter of Serbia and Montenegro is increasingly threatening

financial damage to Serbia, while the process of association
and harmonization with the European Union (EU) is slowing down

warned on Monday.
