KPNQwest extends network to Yugoslavia in link-up with Eunet, DNS Europe

AMSTERDAM (AFX) - KPNQwest NV said it expanded its fibre-optic network to Yugoslavia via a partnership with internet and application service providers DNS Europe and EUNet Yugoslavia.
KPNQwest said it has already installed and tested an ATM/IP fibre-optic line between Vienna and Belgrade, offering capacity of 34 Mbit per second.
The companies have a joint marketing and sales agreement to offer KPNQwest's full range of services in the region.
Financial details were not released.
