Peugeot - Citroen motors to be installed Serbian cars
Kragujevac, 24 April: Zastava car factory from Kragujevac (central Serbia)
late on Tuesday [23 April] signed a contract with French motor manufacturer
Peugeot-Citroen Moteurs on the installment of their motors into Zastava
cars, Zastava said on Wednesday.
The motors correspond to European ecological standards and EURO-3 regulations,
and at present, will only be installed into the Jugo and Florida cars.
The cars with French motors will be exported to those markets which
require motors of EURO-3 standard.
As for the domestic market, the motors will be installed only at the
buyer's request, and will make such a car cost more.
