Germany to lend financial support to Serbian economy
BELGRADE - The Serbian and German governments on Wednesday signed a
memorandum of understanding, envisaging a 37.3-million-euro financial
support to Serbia and an agreement on the financing of the Belgrade
and Nis water supply projects, at the value of 5.1 million euros.
Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations Goran Pitic told
reporters after the signing ceremony that Germany would support economic
reforms and help improve the citizens' living standards.
