Chinese chamber for international trade offers cooperation to Yugoslavia
BELGRADE - A delegation of the Chinese Chamber for International Trade and interested Yugoslav businessmen concluded on Thursday in the Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce (PKJ) that there are good prospects for promoting economic cooperation.

PKJ Vice President Drago Sofranac said that the scope of trade between the two countries, despite years-long efforts to increase it, cannot be described as satisfactory but that it is positive that it was conducted during the economic sanctions.

The overall 2001 trade amounted to 141.2 million dollars. China's exports to Yugoslavia have for years been manifold its imports. Last year, Chinese exports to this country were 141.2 million dollars.
