Invisa, inc. expands European marketing of Invisashield(tm) safety technology to 36 new countries

Invisa, Inc. (Ticker symbol: INSA) announced today the expansion of its strategic marketing relationship with H. S. Jackson & Son (Fencing) Ltd. of Kent, England to 36 new countries in Europe. Jackson previously represented Invisa in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Under the expanded agreement, H. S. Jackson & Son becomes the exclusive agent to sell and distribute SmartGate safety products featuring the company's proprietary InvisaShield(TM) technology throughout most of Europe for use in the Parking & Traffic Control Industry and the Fence & Gate Industry.
In addition to the UK and Ireland the countries covered by the expanded agreement include Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican, and Yugoslavia.
