Payment operations to be established with RS in month or two - Labus
BELGRADE - Yugoslav Deputy Premier Miroljub Labus said on Thursday that payment operations between Yugoslavia and Republika Srpska (RS) would be established in a month or two, and added that that depended on the dinar's hard currency.
"We have planned that that would happen in a month time, but we have to wait for an adoption of a law on foreign exchange. The central bank has still to adopt certain regulations, the International Monetary Fund still has to confirm that our currency is a hard currency," Labus told reporters at the Yugoslav parliament.
