World Bank approves 85-million-dollar loan to Yugoslavia
WASHINGTON - National Bank of Yugoslavia Governor Mladjan Dinkic told Tanjug on Tuesday that the World Bank had approved to Yugoslavia the first development loan for the private and financial sectors at the amount of 85 million dollars, with the possibility of increasing it by another 15 million.
The loan, agreed on at two-day talks at the World Bank's Washington headquarters, is planned to be used for financing reforms and development of Serbia's private and banking sectors.
