Three Serb companies sold in first public auction
BELGRADE - Three companies were sold at the Belgrade Stock Exchange in the first public auction of nine companies within a project on economic privatization in Serbia, Serbian Minister of Economy and Privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic said on Wednesday.
Six companies were not privatized in this first auction because buyers were not ready to make the required deposit (30 percent of the estimated lower limit of the company price) and buy them, the minister said.
