National bank of Yugoslavia submits to parliament draft law on foreign currency operations
BELGRADE - The National Bank of Yugoslavia referred Monday to Yugoslav parliament for debate and passage in urgent procedure a draft law on foreign currency operations.
The National Bank of Yugoslavia also referred to parliament a draft law on regulating relations between Yugoslavia and legal entities and banks from the territory of Yugoslavia who are initial debtors or guarantors towards the creditors of the Paris and London Clubs.
The statement said that the National Bank of Yugoslavia has also referred to Yugoslav government a draft law regulating the public debt of Yugoslavia to its citizens whose foreign currency bank accounts are frozen, for passage in urgent procedure.
